Hello Team,
For those who have successfully been accepted with Max Bounty; as per the ‘pre-signup guide’ on the MB site, did you guys create a dummy LP for your application?. I’m just reading through their ‘Guide for getting fast application approval’ and this is one of the recommendations. Being a complete newbie to this world, I’m confess I’m a little anxious about this at my early stage of development. I’ve been through the basic training and the ‘Got $200’ section, but I can’t say my confidence level is at this stage yet. Any advise would be most gratefully accepted.

You can do that, but it’s not a major factor. If you follow the instructions on page 3 of the PDF guide when applying you should be ok.
And there’s no reason not to be confident. Thousands of people have joined this program and not a single one couldn’t get approved by at least one good CPA network. I’m pretty sure it won’t be different for you. 🙂

Williamif I’m starting with the free traffic method will affiliate networks approve me? Or do I need to use the paid traffic method to be approved?
Carl,
You’ll be using free traffic just to make an initial budget and will then switch to paid traffic.
So, telling them you’ll be doing paid traffic can not only help you get approved, but can be more accurate as well.
Please, read “common question 1” on page 5 of the report on joining CPA networks.
