Well, we are finally in the game with all of you!  Our ad is out there and running on Facebook and it is all very exciting.  Thank you for all your patience as I asked my questions and came to really understand how to effectively use this program.
Now, I have yet another one!
On my Facebook Fan page itself, someone posted two “Ha Ha” emojis and then wrote, “not on ss”
Does anyone have any idea what this means?  I have checked, and my links are good, and Facebook itself is reporting my activity in terms of people reached and link clicks.
Is this person just a troll, or have I missed something?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.

    Hi Eric,

It’s great that you’re taking action and implementing the program!

About the comment, I’m not sure on what it means, but social media is social media… sometimes people will leave nonsense comments on your posts an ads. When it happens, just hide them.

Of course, it’s possible that eventually you run an ad promoting a bad offer or that your campaign has some issue. If you see repeated comments saying something that makes sense, don’t ignore them. But don’t worry about the nonsense stuff.

    William
