Consistency is the KEY. I have heard this so many times, but still guilty of not complying sometimes especially when I feel disappointed. I definitely would have to work on this.
Always having someone to get feedback from is a main reason why I bought your program, William, so I am counting on you and your team. I will do my part and will be consistent and persistent.

This advice is extremely valuable.
This reassurance that it is not going to be a lonely journey and that support will always be available is very key. I agree that a business needs to be worked and that it can take time to turn profitable and that I can deal with. What was frustrating is you get stuck and there is no one to help you get over the hurdle and move on.
