    I just got denied for one campaign I applied to on MaxBounty, the affiliate manager said I need more history with the network.  It seems like every single one of their campaigns either requires approval or first payment.  Has anyone else had this challenge?

    Never mind – I was able to filter and find the campaigns that MB has approved for me in the meantime.
