My facebook business suite doesnt look anything like what was portrayed on the video. I’d like to make absolutely sure that what i will be using for campaigns is correct and wont result any any type of ban or shutdown

The Facebook Business Suite is relatively new and not every Business Manager has it in the same way now. Facebook is doing the updates gradually (not all accounts at the same time).
But I’ll be glad to review your account and help you have it properly set up for us to work on the first campaigns.
