New Personal Facebook Account + Warm Up Campaigns

After it’s been a few weeks and I can start running Warm Up Campaigns…  
What does that mean exactly? 
Start running ads for your business page first, then run offers after?
Running specific offers in the beginning?

Hi Andrew,
 
A warm up campaign can make sense for a new account as it can trigger the verification process. Then, you can complete it and start running real campaigns with a verified account.
 
A warm up campaign can be just a “like” campaign for one of your fan pages. You don’t even need to set up the campaign from the ads manager, you can go to your fan page and there you’ll find a button to create a like campaign. You can click that button and follow the steps.
