Pre-Pop Instructions??

Hi All,
I’m relatively new to CPA Marketing.  Came across a campaign that had the following verbiage in the offer details….Pre-Pop instructions: &email=&first_name=&last_name=&address=&zip=&city=&state=&phone=&gender=&dob= 
What is this and where is this code used?

That’s to pre-populate the fields in the registration form. For example, if you’re mailing a list you can send the subscriber’s name and email to the offer’s page via those parameters and that information will be pre-populated in the form.
 
It won’t be useful for paid ads, so you can ignore that.
