Perfect! Thanks for the advice, William.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberLet’s touch base tomorrow. I have some ideas.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberHey Timothy…call me Ted…
I have some ideas of how to break into this. Let’s chat about it.
Send me your gmail address and we can Gchat. Real estate lead gen is WIDE open but I’m not a licensed agent but I’ve been looking for one.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberHI Timothy – if you approach it as leads for agents, I could see why this would not run and you have to use housing. Real estate is highly regulated, each state requires licensing for agents. I believe the same goes for selling leads – you must be a licensed agent to sell real estate leads to other agents.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberMakes sense. The campaign needs more time. Thus far the LP CTR is running at 80%. I just think it needs to mature, then we can see what shows next.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberYou already did, thanks!
Kenneth CroushoreMembergreat thanks William
Kenneth CroushoreMemberHi Lynette
I started a couple of weeks ago and ran my first campaigns soon after. I have one campaign right now with a couple of conversions, which is great. It’s not profitable so I submitted a campaign analysis request per the instructions in the support section. Once I hear back, I’m looking forward to trying other campaigns I have line up. Good luck!Kenneth CroushoreMemberOK thanks, William.
This is the only campaign I have running now so once I’ve got some solid answers to the campaign analysis questions, we can tackle this issue too.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberThanks William. The campaign I’m running now has gotten a solid 4% CTR impressions to LP. However, I did just tweak the demographics to improve the CPC. Once that gets approved, I’ll track and likely complete the campaign analysis. More to come.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberYou bet! I’m on my second ad campaign now. First one went down in flames…hahah, but I knew within 13 clicks it was a major loser, the CTR from impressions to ad was atrocious. I tweaked the image, ad text and I’ll be watching the other metrics.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberProblem fixed…Facebook didn’t like the CPA Landers domain “webopportunity.xyz” I chose another lander template and the ad is now active.
Kenneth CroushoreMemberThat is, short of downloading and hosting my own page with my own domain.
