But from time to time I bring a guest speaker on to share their knowledge in different areas of online marketing. In those occasions, they normally offer a course or software to those who’d like to pursue that business model.

As a VIP student, you have 30 days of Whatsapp support you can activate whenever you want.

Before you do it, here are a few important things you need to understand:

• The support is activated when we send you the first message on Whatsapp (more details below in the activation process). Once it happens, you’ll have access to it for 30 days. It’s not possible to pause the Whatsapp support, so it will be 30 days in a row.
• The support is via text only. You can, of course, send images and screenshots as well, but audio and video won’t be available.
• Even though the Whatsapp support tends to be considerably faster than the ticket support system, it’s not always instant. Support will be replying to messages multiple times a day, but there can be a delay between a question and a reply.
• For submitting files/links and campaign analysis requests, it may be still better to use the ticket system. For rapid questions and brainstorming, Whatsapp is certainly more efficient.

How to activate Whatsapp support:
* Install Whatsapp on your phone and activate it. The app is free and you can also use it on your computer by accessing Whatsapp Web (only possible after you have set it up on your phone).
* Email cpasoftwares@gmail.com with the subject “Activate Whatsapp Support”. In the body of the message include the email address you use for accessing this members area and your phone number that’s active on Whatsapp (please, include country code)

We will send you a message on Whatsapp confirming that the VIP support has been activated within 48h from receiving your email. The 30 days will start counting when the confirmation message is sent.
