You recommend stopping placements with about 2000 impressions and low CTR. What percentage CTR do you consider low? And what CTR should we aim for?
When increasing the daily budget to scale, is there a specific pattern we should follow, like 50% increase daily?

@Mitchell – when you’re running many ads, the best reference is your own average CTR. However, anything below 2% tends to be too low.
Regarding scaling your budget, I recommend 15% – 20% increases per day.
