Here you will learn a process to apply for accounts with CPA networks. It’s important that you follow the instructions properly to ensure a high acceptance rate.
The first actionable video!
Although it’s simple, this is a very crucial step of the process, so pay close attention to the next paragraphs.
For promoting CPA offers the very first thing you should do is to join CPA networks.
CPA networks are like marketplaces where companies (advertisers) list their offers and we (publishers) navigate through them and choose the ones we would like to promote as affiliates.
However, for joining the networks as a publisher/affiliate, you can’t simply go to their website and sign up.
Since you’d be promoting many lead generation offers that pay for simple actions and not sales, it’s important for them to ensure that you’ll be using legit strategies for driving quality traffic before they let you in. They do this to protect their advertisers.
For this reason, it’s necessary to submit an application, get the application approved and just then get a publisher account.
But don’t worry! Submitting applications and getting them approved is a very simple task.
You just need to do 4 simple things to get your first accounts with good CPA networks.
1. Check out the video and PDF guides on this page – Below you’ll find a video and a PDF guide showing the process of submitting applications in details. The PDF guide also has a common questions and answers section. Watch the video and read the PDF to learn the process.
2. Get a basic understanding of a method – The networks are likely to ask you some basic questions about the method you’ll be using for running the offers. So, it’s advisable that you check out the training here. If you’ll get started with paid traffic, then you’ll use that training right after you join the networks anyway. And even if you’ll start with free traffic, it will be useful because you’ll soon switch to paid advertising. Don’t worry about learning the method in details, but do get a basic overview of it so that you can answer their simple questions. You can get this basic understanding by going through the training here and/ or the OTS case study on Facebook Ads here.
3. Apply for accounts with the recommended companies – Below you’ll find my list of recommended CPA networks with some referral links that will help you get approved. Go to all those networks and submit applications following the instructions in the video and PDF guides.
4. Give the CPA networks a quick call – It’s a good idea to give the networks a quick call in order to ensure that your application is reviewed soon. And this is the step that scares most beginners… for no reason, actually! If you just wait, there’s a good chance that the affiliate managers of the networks will call you, but calling them upfront can be a good idea. And talking to them is very easy. They’re used to talk to affiliates of all levels and from all around the world, so even if your English is very basic, you won’t have problems. Affiliate managers are very gentle and if you just answer their questions honestly you’ll have no problems to get your first approvals. If you don’t manage to reach out to them by phone, try to use Skype or AIM. Find the CPA networks at odigger.com, affpub.com and affpaying.com and you’ll most likely find the IDs of their affiliate managers for contacting them via those instant messengers.
It’s a simple process and you’ll have to do it just once. After that, you’ll be ready conquer the CPA world!
Oh, and don’t lose motivation if you eventually get some applications rejected. It’s normal and not a big deal (you can apply for accounts with those networks again in the future).
Keep in mind that if you get one approval (and you will, because it’s not hard!) you’ll be already good to go.

Alternative Networks
It’s very important that you do take the time to apply for accounts with the CPA networks listed above.
Those networks have the best offers that will allow you to find profitable campaigns and scale them fast.
However, there are other networks that, although not specialized in the CPA model, also have CPA offers.
Those networks are more focused on CPS (cost-per-sale, requires a sale for a conversion to occur) offers, but some of their advertisers list lead generation offers as well.
You can join them to start your first campaigns, in case it takes a bit longer than expected for you to get approved by the CPA networks. Those networks also have an approval process, but they tend to be a bit easier to join (and, sometimes, faster as well).
It’s important to mention, though, that they shouldn’t be used to replace the CPA networks.
The 2 alternative affiliate are:
There are others, but they have an approval process similar to the one used by the CPA networks.
You can sign up for accounts with both alternative networks above and start working with them. However, don’t settle for those accounts, do submit applications for joining the CPA networks.
If possible, even apply for accounts with the CPA networks and try not to use these alternative companies. Use them only if the approval process with the CPA networks takes longer than expected (it’s usually a fast and straight-forward process, so this isn’t a common situation).
Your task: follow the 4-step process and submit applications to the recommended CPA networks.
hey William some links are going to the word press profile like the pdf guide and some links in the text
Just fixed them!
Hi William,
Just a note, in the PDF guide, there is a link mentioned to see your preferred recommended networks. That link goes to CPA2, so it doesn’t work anymore – so you might want to delete it.
Is there something going on with Max Bounty? I go to their website and it is just a jumble and nothing works. Did they go out of business?
FYI, Clickbooth is now called Perform.
Nevermind! For some reason, I couldn’t get into their site using Google Chrome. I switched to the Bing browser and had no problems. Not sure what caused the problem, but I got my application submitted!
Newbie question:
how many CPA networks is it necessary to join to be able to have a profitable CPA business?
is it OK to have accounts with just one or two companies or should we try to have multiple accounts when just starting out?
Yes, you can start with just one or 2 CPA networks. In the future, you may want to join more, but, in the beginning, just one is certainly enough!
I just went through Williams’s small 7-page guide. It’s very good. Don’t miss it!
AWESOME VIDEO π
Im starting to get pumped π

Good CPA Network joining intro
Got all the info and ready to start getting onto some CPA Networks. Thanks William for the simple step by step guidance.
Hi there, it was mentioned that one or two networks are enough to begin with. Which ones would you suggest to apply for first? In the order of listing? Thanks in advance.
@Daniel – I suggest that you apply for all of them. One approval is enough to get started, but the more applications you submit the faster it will come.
Here I go…Is this account for Incentive Traffic? If yes Describe the incentive. I can’t find the glossary on site quick enough what is Incentive Traffic again? from a sub-Newbie.
technique where you will reward someone for being able to complete a certain offer.
@Mark – Incentive is when you “bribe” people to complete an offer. For example, offering them access to information (video, ebook, tutorial, etc) or even a cash reward. There are networks that specialize in that type of traffic and offer such as Adscend Media. However, that’s soemthing that most networks are more careful with and that you won’t be doing in the beginning, so don’t say you’ll be doing that. In the future, if you decide to get your foot wet with incent, we have a full module on it here: https://cpaevolution3.com/2020/07/23/incentivized-cpa/ – That training was created by Jay, a good friend and an incent expert, and it’s exclusive for the CPA Evolution members.
Well, um, ah, I WAS ACCEPTED BY MAXBOUNTY TODAY !!! SO EXCITED !!!. I think the key here was to call the number provided and left a msg. “Hi Affiliate Mgr. This is Affiliate ID# / (name) I would like to jump to the front of the review queue. I can be dialed at #”. They called the next day and approved just like that.
Support, Thanks a lot for this NEW Video ! a day late for me, so funny, but so empowering I did it with the old video its just a numbers game after all. Thanks also for the “Jay foot wet link”. I will be moving on now wishing great success to all on here!
@Mark – Congratulations! MaxBounty is a great network. And thanks for sharing your experience here, I’m sure it will be useful for others!
Received approval from Max Bounty and ClickDealer to be their affiliates.
Unable to submit my application to Convert2Media.
Filled up the application form and had my email and Photo ID verified.
But when I pressed the Submit Application button, nothing happens.
Contacted their support but after one week still no response from them.
@Kok – Congratulations on your approvals! About the C2M issue, have you tried to use a different brower to confirm that it’s not a technical issue on your side?
I put 4 apps in yesterday. Approved by MaxBounty today. My rep thinks highly of William. Ready to get started!
@Scott – Awesome! Congratulations on your approval!
Hi there! I just applied for all of the aff networks listed. Excited to see what the next few days bring…
Hi, I have been accepted with Max Bounty after phoning them up, she has already sent me a campaign with the approval email, so I go for this one ?
@John – Congratulations! And not really, the offers they’ll recommend to you won’t always be a good fit for the strategy you’ll be using. Submit a support ticket and I’ll help you with this!
A4D is asking for a referral code. Do you have a referral code I can use so that you get credit and I get higher priority? π
Also for those who experience issues like @Kok, make sure your browser allows popups. Popup blockers interfere with many of these application processes.
@Nelda – Don’t have a referral code for A4D at the moment. Many students have joined them, though, so I don’t think it interferes with the approval process.
@Nelda – Thank for the tip!
Yeah!! Clickbooth now Perform[CB] did not require interview and ** got accepted ** today, (day after application). ClickDealer responded and setting up the interview on telegram now. MaxBounty rejected because I provided drivers license with ID number covered, which legally I should be able to do. I resent it complete after they explained the drivers license info would not be stored, it was only used to make sure I am a real person and have not heard back yet, but confident I will soon. Actually I offered 2 notarized picture affidavits which are more identifying and lawful than the drivers license, but they didn’t know how to respond to that. Global Wide can’t get anyone to answer the phone, and still waiting on responses from the others. Anyway, just wanted to share some of my hurdles, so that others don’t get discouraged if they encounter the same.
Finally over this hurdle and ready to rock and roll!! Thank you William for providing this excellent training! This page is a gold mine!!
@Nelda – Congratulations on the approval! And, yes, making sure that you are who you claim to be is the most imoportant thing for the networks as their main concern is always to prevent fraudulent activity. But having one approval is already enough to get started running your first campaigns!
Thank you all for the tip. and Big thanks William! I applied for first 6 on that list yesterday, got Maxbounty and Performcb approval immediately the following day (which is today). This page is a gold mine indeed. I’m excited for the next parts and run my first campaign!
@Reggie – Congratulations! Now on to the campaigns! π
Got approval from Maxbounty! Said that I would start with gaming, and the manager suggested some offer. Need to find out how to prep and run my first campaign!
@Ludmila – That’s great! Get in touch with me using the support section and I’ll assist you with your first campaign!
Way different then this old man used to do to get approved but well worth the while…Can not wait till I need your help in posting my approvals…
@Tom – Absolutely! Keep me posted and I’ll assist you!
First success! I have filled 4 applications last Thursday and a day later I received a call from MaxBounty and my application has been approved π
Ready to learn more and take serious action.
@Tomasz – That’s awesome! MaxBounty is a great a network. Now, keep taking action and start working on your first campaigns! Keep me posted and I’ll help you in the process.
filled several applications ….. now waiting
Are we able to apply for MaxBounty using our LLC? I had an account, not sure what I might have done wrong but my account has been deleted by MaxBounty and not sure if itβs been banned or not. I was thinking about putting everything into my LLC business anyway. Has anyone had success applying with CPA networks using LLC? Thanks!
I got into Maxbounty. Is 1 good for now or do you recommend I have multiple approvals before getting started?
@Marisa – It’s possible. You can also apply using your personal name and then submit a tax form for your LLC once inside. And also use a bank, Paypal or Payoneer account of your company to receive the payments. Legally, I believe that what matters is the information on your tax form and the ownership of the account receiving the payments. I don’t have an LLC in the US, but I have an offshore company and this is what I’ve been doing for years.
@Will – Yes, you can get started with MaxBounty and join other networks later!
I filled several applications. I received two approvals:
https://www.crakrevenue.com/
https://www.maxbounty.com/
However, this one provides step by step on how to apply. Very helpful.
https://blog.maxbounty.com/2020/11/12/apply-approved-maxbounty-guide/
Marisa Drake: They do accept LLC
@Dagoberto – Congratulations on your approval! And thanks for sharing MaxBounty’s guide!
Thank you all for your reply. I actually skyped the previous affiliate manager assigned to me, he said they deactivated my account due to inactivity, but reactivated it right away. π Here I thought they banned my account for some reason – whew!
@Marisa – Great! Keep me posted on your progress and I’ll help you with your campaigns!
Hi, these videos are great and Iβm actually excited to start applying to some of these networks.
https://cpaevolution3.com/2020/07/23/incentivized-cpa/
Google and Bing report “page not found”
@Donald – This is the correct link: https://cpaevolution3.com/incentivized-cpa/
Skype has shut down for business… Do you still recommend to reach out to the managers there…? Or is that considered an unnecessary disturbance??
@Anders – Skype is still the most sued instant messenger by affiliate managers, so, yes, I recommend that you use it.
Great info, got accepted directly by PerformCB without any interview and after same day interview by Maxbounty and Skype chat by Clickdealer.
@Eddy – Great start!
Hi William,
As newbies to the CPA Marketing, are we already required to have a tracking tool? This is in reference to the below QA. Thank you!
Q: What tools will you be using for tracking?
A: I’ll be tracking my campaign with Voluum
Hi William, As newbies to the CPA Marketing, are we already required to have a tracking tool or this will only be applicable when we’re already managing multiple campaigns? If the answer is yes, it’s required to be setup at the onset, do you have other recommended tools (at least your top 5) that we can chose from. As newbie, I’m considering an option where we can spend less as we start to build the business. Thank you!
@Dave – it depends on the strategy you use. Some require no tracking, others basic tracking and others more advanced tracking. If you start with a more beginner friendly method, you will need basic or no tracking at all.
Thanks for the tutorial on applying. All the comments and feedback from fellow affiliates and support gave clarity with some questions I had along the way..
Great guidance and great information to prep for the applications phase.
Wow… It really is easy to get approved. I told myself for a whole weekend that I didn’t know what I was doing and how could I get approved if I didn’t. Well on the advice of William a was just as honest as I could be and within 20 minutes was approved by two networks. No fear!
@Gary – Awesome, Gary! Congratulations on the approvals and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Many people are afraid of the calls and comments like yours can help them feel more confident (and believe me when I say it’s not hard :D)!
Is Max Bounty taking new affiliates? Should I still apply to them, even if I only have a Gmail address?
@Lucy – Yes, you can apply, they’re taking new affiliates.
Just got approved for Max Bounty! Followed William’s instructions. Also, Max Bounty has a guide to their application process which was also very helpful.
I applied to MaxBounty this morning and got approved just 90 minutes later when a manager called me before I even had to call them! I’m glad because that’s one of the networks I really wanted to start with! He was very familiar with CPA Evolution, so it seemed like that gave me some instant credibility. The call only lasted about 4 minutes and I was approved right on the phone!
I applied to 4 networks today including MaxBounty – had a call back within 90 mins also and got approved straight away! Thanks to William and the team so far for such thorough material π
Some networks ask for a website. I don’t have one for CPA marketing. Is it a good idea to create one?
@Andres – You don’t need a website, Andress. Check out the last paragraphs on page 2 of my PDF guide (available above on this same page) for an explanation on that.
Exciting…I’m applying now π
some of the links to the networks above no longer exist. Can support fix it?
@Priscilla – Temporary glitch due to a server migration. Sorry! All links have been fixed.
I feel stuck in this place and have been for a week. As a new person doing this type of business, what type of website and landing page should I be building. I want to start with and submit to maxbounty but im stuck in this place. I feel once I have a better understanding with this that I can then start running ads. I know the niche I want to do.
@Makeda – You don’t need any type of website for joining CPA networks. Check out the PDF guide in the lesson above (pages 2 and 3) for an explanation on that. If you have other questions, just let me know!
Do merchants provide free sample products?
Good info
@Frances – No, unfortunately not.
I have joined three networks cpagrip.com, adcombo.com, and mylead.com which should keep me busy for now. I applied to others but was not approved.
Is CashNetwork a good network for CPA offers? I signed up with them a while ago with a link from another affiliate.
@Robert – Sorry, we don’t have experience working with that company. You can start with a small volume and scale gradually if they pay you on time.
Wohoo…I watched the training videos and got accepted in MaxBounty…It was quite fast..faster than i thought. After submitting the application I made a call and left a voice message cos my affiliate manager was not around .Then later in the evening he called me up and got me accepted in the network
@Stephen – Awesome! Congratulations on the approval, you’re now ready to start crushing it with your first campaigns!
MaxBounty web page is not working well. I can’t access to the affiliate portal to apply. Any suggestions?
@Francisco – MaxBounty’s website is working normally for me… please, try to sue a different browser or device as it may be something on your side that’s blocking the site (firewall, extension, ad blocker, etc). https://affiliates.maxbounty.com/register
Great video! I am currently in Max Bounty and CPAGrip. Will start with these two CPA Networks and then expand out to the other recommended CPA Networks as well.
